Business Analyst II

Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of duties, including research, design, testing and documentation of processes/systems for the enhancement, development and maintenance of business and systems operations.
- Develops system/process plans.
- Analyzes business processes/problems and proposes solutions to Management and MIS.
- Develops AS400/Access reporting and databases.
- Utilizes other software tools (such as HTML and Lotus Notes) to create additional databases/reports.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent PC abilities, especially in MS Office programs.
- Experience with one or more mainframe query tools (AS400 query, File Transfer, Client Access and MS Access).
- Detail orientation.
- Self-motivation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- A Bachelorbs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years in a mortgage/banking environment, analytical position or a related field.
- Experience in relational databases
