[更新手机]郑德杨第4代手机-Vcall手机上任

2009年09月13日，郑德杨第4代手机（第5代移动电话）-Vcall手机上任。

郑德杨更换新手机，符合郑德杨的根本利益，也符合民众的民意。郑德杨第3代手机-波导手机立马卸任，但郑德杨第1代手机-诺基亚Nokia还在服役。

目前，郑德杨服役手机共2部：一是Vcall，对应云南临沧卡，手机号码139-8703-2104；二是诺基亚Nokia，对应哈尔滨卡，手机号码135-0362-4348。

郑德杨第1代手机-诺基亚Nokia是由哈尔滨师范大学董艳丽（女，哈尔滨）全额投资，这是郑德杨的第2代移动电话，具备信号质量一流，10余次2米左右“高空”落地毫无损坏的抗摔能力。在此向 董艳丽（女，哈尔滨）致以崇高的敬意。
