当日上午，中共云南省临沧市第一中学的第21任校长－－ 陈卫民 校长离职。陈校长离职 ，属于正常的人事变动。陈卫民 校长在临沧市一中任职期间，市委市政府、组织部、教育主管部门、市一中领导班子都予以充分肯定和认可。陈卫民校长具有良好的思想政治素质，善于学习、善于钻研、善于总结，作风民主，关心教职工，有很好的群众基础，对学校情况比较熟悉，具有丰富的教学管理经验。担任临沧市一中校长以来，在硬件建设、教师队伍建设、提高教育教学质量作了不少贡献。抓内部教学、抓搬迁，任务之重，工作量之大，困难之多，面临问题复杂，倾注了大量的心血。
