郑德杨 将抵凤庆新华进行春节活动 高校长特批

2010年2月10日上午不确定时候，郑德杨将随同高家余校长一行抵达凤庆。

随后，郑德杨将前往新华砚田。针对春节期间车票难问题，考虑到“最近做了不少事情”，临沧市一中高家余校长安排交通问题，集中体现对职工利益的关注和解决措施行之有效。罗在华先生将从凤庆起随同，预计2月10日晚上，郑德杨将与罗再华在克吉（阿克吉面）举行双方会谈，磋商春节计划，进一步稳定两岸关系。
